RRTS refer to the Regional Rapid Transit System. It’s a semi-high-speed rail system that aims to reduce traffic congestion and pollution in the National Capital Region (NCR). How to Book The Delhi Meerut Rapid Metro Ticket
The tickets for Delhi Meerut Rapid Metro can be booked online and offline. The offline tickets must be booked through ticket counters available at all the RRTS Stations and TVM (Ticket Vending Machine) available at the stations. The online tickets must be booked through Namo Bharat Connect App.
RRTS Ticket Booking Online

Step 1: First download the Namo Bharat Connect App (if not downloaded).
Step 2: Go to the “Plan Your Journey” option & select Namo Bharat given on the first page of the app.
Step 3: Choose your destination, where you want to go.
Step 4: Select the class/coach in which you want to travel (Standard/Premium Class).
Step 5: Choose no. of passengers (Maximum 6 tickets allowed at a time).
Step 6: Click confirm and make the payment using the preferred payment options given.
RRTS Ticket Booking Offline
You can book Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) tickets offline using the following methods:
- Ticket Counters at Stations
- Visit the RRTS station near you.
- Go to the ticket counter and provide your destination details.
- Pay using cash, card, or digital payment (depending on availability).
- Collect your printed ticket or smart card.
- Automatic Ticket Vending Machines (TVMs)
- Locate a TVM at the station.
- Select your journey details on the machine.
- Pay using cash, card, or UPI (if supported).
- Collect your paper ticket or QR ticket.
Apart from the above, you can also choose to travel using the Namo Bharat Prepaid Card, just like the Delhi Metro Smart Card. By using the card, you don’t need to buy a ticket and make checkout/check-in hassle-free. It is a prepaid card for Namo Bharat commuters that needs to be top-up online or through the counters at the stations.
