Meerut Metro App

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation has not launched a separate app for Meerut Metro ticket booking. Instead, it uses the same mobile application—Namo Bharat Connect App—that is already used for booking tickets for the Namo Bharat Train. Since both Meerut Metro and the Namo Bharat Train operate on the same corridor and share infrastructure, a single integrated app has been implemented for seamless ticketing. Here are the more details for the Meerut Metro Mobile Application

For passengers’ convenience, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation has developed the Namo Bharat Connect App, which is available for download on both the Google Play Store for Android users and the Apple App Store for iPhone users. This app serves as a unified online ticket booking platform for both Meerut Metro and the Namo Bharat Train. It supports both Hindi and English languages, making it accessible and user-friendly for a wide range of passengers.

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation has introduced the “One-Tap Ticketing” feature for seamless travel on both Meerut Metro and the Namo Bharat Train through the Namo Bharat Connect App. This feature enables commuters to quickly generate a QR code directly from the app when they are within a 300-meter range of any station, making entry faster and more convenient.

Passengers can download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. After installation, users can either log in or continue using the app without logging in. Once logged in, commuters can book tickets for Meerut Metro as well, access transaction history, earn loyalty points, view booking history, plan their journey, and enjoy several other travel-related benefits—all within a single integrated platform.

Meerut Metro Ticket Booking

Passengers of the Meerut Metro can book their journey tickets through the “Plan Your Journey” option available in the Namo Bharat Connect App. Payments can be made via wallet, loyalty points, UPI, debit card, credit card, or net banking. Users can also access their transaction history to check details of previous journeys and download invoices whenever required.

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation has also integrated a live tracking feature within the app, enabling passengers to view the real-time status of Meerut Metro trains arriving at their station within the next 30 minutes. This helps commuters plan their travel more efficiently and avoid unnecessary waiting time.

In addition to Meerut Metro ticket booking, the app also supports ticket booking for the Namo Bharat Train and Delhi Metro. By navigating to the “Plan Your Journey” section, users can choose between different services. The Journey Planner feature further enhances convenience by allowing passengers to plan and book tickets across multiple transit systems in a single step.
