Shatabdi Nagar Metro Station

The Meerut Metro phase 1 project has a total of 13 stations. Out of these 13 stations, three stations are underground, one station is at grade, and the rest of the nine stations will be elevated. All these stations have the facility of Meerut Metro, and four stations also have the facility for interchange to Delhi Meerut RRTS. The Metro Station of Shatabdi Nagar have an interchange facility to Delhi Meerut RRTS. The Namo Bharat train and Meerut Metro have a stop at this stations.

About Shatabdi Nagar Meerut Metro Station

The Shatabdi Nagar Metro Station Meerut is the 4th station of Meerut Metro; the station code is A13, which is located at Shatabdi Nagar, Sector 5, MDA, Meerut. This area is near to the famous Shopprix mall. The Shatabdi Nagar Metro Station is an elevated station that is owned by NCRTC; the station is expected to be operational before April 2025.

The length of Shatabdi Nagar Metro Station is 215 meters, the width is 30 meters, and the height is 15 meters. Along with the Meerut Metro, the Namo Bharat Train will also stop at this station. This station has two entry exits for passengers, which are almost ready. Passengers will also get a parking facility at this station.

In a unique initiative, for the first time in India, semi-high-speed Namo Bharat and metro trains will be seen running in the city on the same infrastructure and track. Passengers will get the facility of Meerut Metro from Meerut South. Shatabdi Nagar will be the fourth station for the Meerut Metro. Trial runs are being conducted by NCRTC in this section.
