The Delhi Meerut Rapid Rail runs from Sarai Kale Khan Rapid Metro Station to Modipuram Rapid Metro Station, with 15 stations and one depot in operation, on the same track in Meerut the Meerut Metro is also running from Meerut South to Modipuram. For passengers’ convenience, the NCRTC developed the Namo Bharat Connect App, available on the Play Store for Android users and the App Store for iPhone users. It is an RRTS ticket booking online app

About RRTS Ticket Booking Online App

With the Namo Bharat Connect app, passengers can conveniently book tickets for the Namo Bharat Train, Meerut Metro, and Delhi Metro. National Capital Region Transport Corporation uses the same app as a unified platform for ticket booking across both the Meerut Metro and Namo Bharat Train services.

Namo Bharat Connect App Login

NCRTC has introduced the “One-Tap Ticketing” feature to commute in Namo Bharat trains and Meerut Metro through the Namo Bharat Connect Mobile App. This feature allows commuters to generate a QR code swiftly on their Namo Bharat Connect mobile app from anywhere within 300 meters.

You can download the app from the Play Store and/or App Store. After downloading the app, you need to log in, or you can also use the app without logging in, but for Delhi Metro ticket booking, you need to log in to the app. After logging in, you can book a ticket, get a transaction history, earn loyalty points, get your booking history, plan a trip, and get many more benefits related to your travel.

Namo Bharat Train Ticket Booking

Passengers of Namo Bharat Train can book their journey tickets under the “Plan Your Journey” option, with payments accepted via wallet, points, UPI, debit, or credit card and net banking. User can also access their transaction history to review details about their previous journey and download invoices.

The NCRTC also added a new feature to the app of live tracking, the live train tracking feature facilitates the passengers with the real-time status and tracking of Namo Bharat trains available at their station in the next 30 minutes.

Along with Namo Bharat train tickets, the app also lets you book Delhi Metro tickets. Just navigate to the “Plan Your Journey” section, where you’ll find options for both Namo Bharat and DMRC ticket bookings. Use the Namo Bharat option to book Namo Bharat train tickets and the DMRC Ticket option for Delhi Metro tickets. For added convenience, the Journey Planner feature allows you to book tickets for both services in a single click.

Passengers can also book tickets for the Meerut Metro seamlessly using the Namo Bharat Connect app. By selecting the “Plan Your Journey” option, users can choose their source and destination stations within the Meerut Metro network and generate a digital ticket instantly. The app supports multiple payment methods, including wallet, reward points, UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking, ensuring a smooth and cashless travel experience.

In addition to ticket booking, the app provides a user-friendly journey planning feature that allows passengers to view route details, fare information, and station stops for the Meerut Metro. Developed by National Capital Region Transport Corporation, the app integrates both Meerut Metro and Namo Bharat services on a single platform, making it convenient for passengers to plan and manage their travel efficiently.

Namo Bharat App Introduces Journey Planner for Seamless Commute– To enhance travel convenience, NCRTC has launched the Journey Planner feature in the Namo Bharat App. This smart tool allows commuters to plan their end-to-end journey, covering Meerut Metro, Namo Bharat, Delhi Metro, and first/last-mile options—all on a single platform.

With this feature, users can:

  • View the fastest and most efficient routes with estimated travel time and interchanges.
  • Book tickets for Meerut Metro, Namo Bharat and Delhi Metro in one go.
  • Make single-window payments via UPI, cards, or net banking.
  • Get QR-based e-tickets for seamless travel.
  • Access an interactive map for route clarity.

For example, a trip from Meerut South to Noida Sector 16 can be fully planned and paid for in the app, including metro interchange and last-mile ride options like Rapido.

Other app features include:

  • Live Train Tracking: Real-time train location and arrival updates.
  • Live Parking Status: See real-time parking availability at stations.
  • Station navigation, ticket booking, and last-mile connectivity options like feeder buses, bikes, autos, and cabs.

The Journey Planner is a big step towards integrated, hassle-free, and smart commuting for all Namo Bharat users.

Loyalty Points in Namo Bharat Connect App

The commuters can save on the Meerut Metro and Namo Bharat journey with NCRTC’s existing loyalty points program. Here are some details of the NCRTC loyalty program:

  • The commuters can earn 1 point for every 1 rupee spent.
  • The point’s validity is for only 1 year.
  • The new user will get 500 points (value Rs. 50) on the app download.
  • You can also earn points via refer and earn program of the app.
  • Both the referrer and referee will receive 500 (value Rs. 50) points each.
  • The commuters will get a 10% discount on the ticket via the Namo Bharat Connect app (using points).

How to calculate Go Green Points in the Namo Bharat App

Go Green Points calculation is as follows:

Number of Go Green Points = (Amount of CO2 Reduced per Kilometer) * (Distance travelled)

If a commuter has travelled 2 Km and as per standard 32 gm CO2 is reduced from the environment per Kilometer.

Then, Earned Go Green Points = 32 * 2 = 64 Pts

Namo Bharat Train Ticket Price

The Namo Bharat Train offers two types of tickets: Standard and Premium. The fare for Premium tickets is approximately 20% higher than the Standard ticket fare. Below is the list of fares for the Standard coach.

Meerut Metro Ticket Price

The Meerut Metro follows a distance-based pricing system, making travel affordable for daily commuters. Ticket prices generally range from ₹20 to ₹60, depending on the distance between stations. For shorter routes such as Rithani to nearby stations, fares start at around ₹20–₹30, while mid-range journeys like Bhaisali or Begumpul typically cost ₹30–₹40. For longer routes, such as travelling from Modipuram to Meerut South, the fare goes up to ₹60. Overall, the fare structure is simple, economical, and designed to suit both short intra-city travel and longer journeys across Meerut.
