The Delhi–Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor, developed by NCRTC, is India’s first Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS), connecting Jangpura in Delhi to Modipuram in Meerut. Modinagar North Station, inaugurated via video conferencing on March 7, 2024, is an elevated RRTS station in northern Modinagar, Ghaziabad district. It serves high-speed trains on the Delhi–Meerut RRTS, accommodating speeds of up to 180 km/h.

Meerut South RRTS Station Opening Date

Meerut South Station, opened on August 18, 2024, is the terminal station of the Delhi–Meerut RRTS in Partapur. Serving southern Meerut, it facilitates high-speed trains up to 180 km/h and marks the extension of the Duhai–Meerut South section from the existing Sahibabad–Modinagar North stretch.

Shatabdi Nagar RRTS Station Opening Date
